Italian Words and Fun Facts of Italy!
I recently purchased the hardcover and e-book and the pictures are great! The colors stand out beautifully on screen, making this digital version awesome. The story is perfect for young readers who love pugs and love to travel! The Italian words and fun facts are great and really kept my niece and nephew engaged!

Ricky and Poe Travel to Italy is a great story packed with fun and information!
What a fun story! The Pug Adventures is a brilliant blending of 3 subjects that are great on their own-dogs, travel and safety. The pugs are delightful, demonstrating a loving, caring relationship. Their vacation in Italy informs us of the history and foods of Venice and Florence, teaching us some Italian words along the way. The small but important conversation the brothers have about what to do if they get separated serves as a tool to use in a similar situation, and because of that, also serves to ease the fear associated with separation and feeling lost. The illustrations are rich and vibrant. I’m looking forward to Rick and Poe’s next adventure. Where will they take us next?

The book has a great pace for the story and even highlights the Italian words that they use in green. There is also a glossary in the book to show English to Italian translations.
