“The Pug Adventures: Ricky and Poe Travel to Italy by Christina Wood is a delightful read. The characters are charming and the author successfully highlights the endearing relationship between the two pug brothers. The storytelling is fun and lighthearted but also very educational. I thought it was an ingenious idea to incorporate information about Italian culture and geography in the story line as a learning tool for children. After reading this book, I’m anxious to see where Ricky and Poe’s next adventure takes them.”
